SolarSolar Collaboration

I collected styrofoam for three years while making my painting series Euclid’s Rooms. One day I started thinking of interesting ways to photograph the mountain of material before I took it to the dump. I showed Dan Drysdale, from SolarSolar, a couple stop motion experiments I made with the styrofoam and paint. My reason for showing him was to build ideas off of what I thought was a failed experiment and a complete waste of time. I think Dan smacked me in the head and said we needed to use them in a SolarSolar music video. Thanks to his encouragement this video now exists.
